Urban Green Investments was established in 2008 as a partnership for investors seeking urban real estate investments in San Francisco. Since then the company has grown substantially, having acquired interests in projects comprised of over 4,200 units, approximately 3,800 planned/entitled units, and 1.8MM square feet of commercial space in markets throughout the United States.

The company has advanced competency with in-house underwriting, financing, development, asset management, accounting, and investor reporting capabilities.

Investors

Beneficial co-GP relationships are able to achieve returns in excess of typical LP investments by disproportionately sharing the profits.

Investment Strategy

Urban Green provides capital, market expertise, and asset management to a core group of best-in-class sponsors. Each investment offering comes with a strong principal co-investment of approximately 20%.
