Since 2014, Urban Green Investments has successfully worked closely with Juniper Square, a modern, all-in-one investment management system designed specifically for real estate. It has been one of the most impactful software implementations for Urban Green. 

Urban Green Investments formed a joint venture with our partners to acquire and redevelop properties within the former Alameda Naval base. The project was recognized with the 2018 Architectural Preservation Award for the adaptive reuse of Building 91, located at Alameda Point.

Urban Green participated in sponsoring an event for the Glasswing International which works in El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala to improve the fabric of social welfare systems serving children and families. Urban Green is happy to sponsor and support worthy causes that build up communities and educate children.

Urban Green acquired the Four Points by Sheraton in San Rafael. This establishment, housing 235 rooms, will be repositioned and will be turned into a Tribute Hotel, of which there are only eight in California.

Urban Green partnered with an adept co-GP partner and acquired a 19-story office building in Glendale, CO.

The property is being repositioned to maximize occupancy and increase tenant retention.

Since 2016 Urban Green and our partners have acquired 19 multifamily properties together. The business plan varies for each building but includes repositioning properties to their highest potential. Our prolific partnership has been indicative of the advantage that a healthy co-GP relationship can provide investors and Sponsors alike.

Urban Green in partnership with Olympus Property acquired a 440 unit apartment tower in the heart of downtown Dallas, called Mosaic. The business plan is to improve operations, by revamping the common areas and amenities.

Urban Green entered into a partnership to construct 44 single family homes in Palm Springs, CA. Our partners have been nationally recognized for their excellent work in the single-family home space and Urban Green is thrilled to be able to collaborate with them as best-in-class Sponsors.

Urban Green sold a 52 unit apartment complex in June 2018 in a unique off-market sale to the City of Portland, who will convert the property to affordable housing. We are pleased to share that this sale resulted in an IRR more than double the original projection, with a hold period of just 20 months.
